Family Supportive Housing Administrative Coordinator
Join Wilder's journey to be here for good as the Family Supportive Housing Administrative Coordinator! This position provides high-level administrative, compliance, and operational support to Family Supportive Housing programs funded through HUD, state, county, and private sources. This role ensures program integrity by coordinating administrative processes, supporting compliance and audit activities, and leading project coordination efforts.
Duties of the Family Supportive Housing Administrative Coordinator include providing administrative and operational support by coordinating schedules, communications, meetings, documentation, financial tracking, and reporting systems. Additionally, the Coordinator would maintain accurate data in required platforms, perform quality checks, support audits and compliance activities, coordinate projects and operational initiatives, track deliverables, and supervise staff through onboarding, training, coaching, and performance support.
Minimum four (4) years of administrative experience in a setting that involved daily contact with individuals of various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. Associate's Degree required;
Bachelor's Degree preferred. Must have at least one year of experience working with diverse populations and community-based programs. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, experience with data systems (e.g., HMIS, Apricot, or similar databases). Supervisory or lead experience. Familiarity with compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements.
