The City of Saint Paul Human Resources Department is hiring a temporary, part-time individual to provide administrative support within our Workers' Compensation Unit. This temporary and part-time position assists and supports claims administration.
Location:
25 West 4th Street, Saint Paul, MN 55102.
Hours:
Twenty hours per week. The schedule is flexible between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Review Workers' Compensation documentation for accuracy, request missing information, and enter claim information into department systems.
- Assist Workers' Compensation claim adjusters by setting up claims, researching claim information, distributing emails, and providing general administrative support.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate electronic and paper records.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail.
