Position OverviewThe Administrative Assistant provides a warm and welcoming environment for clients, while completing administrative tasks such as co-pay collection, answering phones, scheduling clients, maintaining schedules and providing admin support for clinicians and other projects as assigned.
Schedule- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Monday-Friday, 6:45am - 3:15pm
- Administrative Assistant:
Starting hourly range between $18.00 - $22.00
Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the position
How Administrative Assistants Empower Recovery- Manage all phone call triage, problem-solving & follow-up
- Maintain both program and staff schedules, ensuring accuracy through daily checks and remedying any conflicts or issues
- 2+ years’ experience in healthcare industry or administrative setting strongly preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office programs with ability to learn new applications
- Active driver license and ability to drive personal and/or company vehicle
