St. Anthony Police Department is seeking a detail-oriented, organized professional to provide essential administrative support.
Responsibilities- Process and maintain police reports, citations, and records.
- Perform accurate data entry, quality control, and filings with courts, prosecutors, and partner agencies.
- Prepare documents for criminal prosecutions.
- Assist the public in person and by phone.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while supporting officers and typing narrative reports.
- High school diploma or GED.
- One year of data entry experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to obtain required BCA certifications.
- Ability to work effectively in a law enforcement environment.
- Previous law enforcement administrative experience preferred.
- Health, Dental, Life, EAP, HSA, Flexible Spending.
- Long-Term Disability, PERA pension, and Deferred Compensation (457).
