Clerical Administrative Support
Salary Range:
Paid per the Clerical Contract, Level IV Hours/day: 8 hours (1.0 FTE) Days/year: 260 days / 12 months a year
Position Summary:
Performs intermediate skilled administrative support work for the Community Education & Recreation Department, addressing walk in, telephone or email inquiries, and related work as apparent or assigned. Position supports Community Education Adult & Youth Enrichment programs. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Adult Programs Specialist. See job description for full details.
Education and/or
Experience:
Associates/Technical degree and considerable experience working as an administrative assistant, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Special Requirements Minnesota Notary Public or willingness to become one. Proven experience of producing correspondence and documents using Microsoft office; proficient in spelling, punctuation.
