Imaging Production Specialist
Join a dynamic team in the Single Document Imaging (SDI) department, working the 2nd Shift from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM. You will be responsible for reviewing mortgage documents on a computer and entering them accurately. This role requires excellent communication, computer, and typing skills, with mortgage experience being a significant advantage.
Responsibilities- Prepare documents by removing staples, paperclips, and rubber bands.
- Scan documents into the computer.
- Review scanned images in the computer system and identify the document type.
- Enter the loan number and document type in the computer.
- Navigate through multiple windows on the computer.
- Memorize various documents and document numbers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good computer and typing skills.
- 7000 KSPH Alpha Numeric typing capability.
- 40 words per minute typing speed.
- 1 year of professional work experience with multi-tasking responsibilities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in the mortgage industry is a plus.
- 1 year experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is business casual and team-oriented. You will be actively moving throughout the department, managing and tracking stacks of paper loans. Be prepared for mandatory overtime and ensure perfect attendance.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Arden Hills, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
