Regions Hospital, part of Health Partners, is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support the Float Pool. The role focuses on staffing coverage, absenteeism, and scheduling for inpatient units, clinics, and specialty centers.
You will use Microsoft Excel, TEAMS, Outlook and MyTime to coordinate coverage, communicate with nursing and leadership, and ensure staffing ratios meet unit needs. This is a 0.8 FTE evening shift with every other weekend rotation.
