This position exists to provide advanced specialized technical and administrative support services for the Child Support Division. In addition, this position develops and maintains methods and procedures to manage work and information flow to continually improve work process to achieve the best results for program staff, partners, and participants. This may include developing administrative procedures, responding orally or in writing to a wide range of technical questions and reviewing and independently researching answers, maintaining data integrity within PRISM.
Incumbents are required to know technical terminology and special software programs. This position requires advanced professional skills to conduct and continually improve work processes with awareness of immediate effects on customer satisfaction.
- Providing advanced administrative support by preparing correspondence, processing mail, routing workflow, and maintaining records for the Child Support Division.
- Managing daily task distribution using PRISM, CRM, Infopac, IDOC, and email to ensure work is routed accurately and on schedule.
- Processing enforcement‑related reports such as FIDM, Credit Bureau, Employer Error, and other program data, including researching discrepancies and updating PRISM.
- Preparing and tracking high‑priority correspondence from the Commissioner’s Office, program partners, incarcerated parents, and the public, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Reviewing, formatting, and publishing county messages on SharePoint, and assisting with interview coordination and basic technical support needs.
