Assistant Coordinator, Technical Operations
ELDR is looking for an organized and dependable Assistant Coordinator, Technical Operations to support our growing technical operations team.
This role helps keep service, project, and MAC work organized by supporting scheduling, documentation, customer updates, product coordination, quote support, invoicing preparation, and follow-up. The Assistant Coordinator works closely with the Coordinator, Technical Operations, field technicians, sales, vendors, customers, and leadership to help keep work moving from intake through completion.

What you’ll be doing :- Assist with daily communication, follow-up, and administrative support for service, project, and MAC work
- Monitor incoming tickets, emails, and internal requests to help ensure timely follow-up
- Support project kickoff, scheduling, closeout, and customer update activities
- Help prepare quotes by gathering scope details, product information, labor notes, and supporting documentation
- Update schedules, calendars, assignments, and project status notes
- Review open tickets for missing information, stale activity, or items needing escalation
- Enter and update information in systems such as CRM, Help Desk, Inventory Systems, shared files, and spreadsheets
- Assist with product ordering, receiving, labeling, staging, and inventory updates
- Support invoicing preparation by collecting completion details, labor notes, product usage, and supporting documentation
- Prepare routine reports, schedules, trackers, and summaries for open work, backlog, inventory, and invoicing activity
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in administrative support, operations support, customer service, service coordination, project support, or technical support coordination
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Excel, shared files, CRM, or ticketing systems
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, tickets, and follow-up items
- Dependable, responsive, and team-oriented mindset
- Experience in technical operations, field service, low voltage, telecom, IT, healthcare technology, senior living technology, or service-based environments is a plus
