Lot Attendant/Porter/Car Washer Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Lot Attendant/Porter to join the team at Raymond Auto Body in St. Paul. If you enjoy being active and working in a fast-paced setting, this is a great opportunity.

• Organize and maintain the parking lots.
• Quickly and safely deliver vehicles and parts to technicians as requested to keep repairs on schedule.
• Wash and clean vehicles using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any issues to management.
• Deliver customer vehicles.
• Perform daily garbage and waste removal as needed.
• Ensure vehicles are pulled in the lot at the end of the evening.
• Maintain flexibility to assist with unexpected operational needs as they arise.

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is mandatory.
• Ability to work outside in all types of weather and dress appropriately for cold, snowy conditions.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Physically able to lift and move objects up to and possibly more than 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in car detailing or car wash preferred but not necessary.
