In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through vehicle service needs, facilitating communication between customers and technicians, and ensuring a seamless service experience that builds trust and loyalty.

• Greet customers promptly and courteously and listen carefully to their vehicle service needs.
• Review and explain repair and maintenance options, providing accurate cost estimates and timelines.
• Schedule service appointments and maintain effective communication with customers throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and completion of vehicle repairs.
• Manage service orders, process payments, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history.
• Provide follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Stay informed about automotive products, services, and procedures to provide knowledgeable advice to customers.

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or related customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to understand vehicle service and repair terminology.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple service orders efficiently.
• Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
