Parts Counter Person

Walser Automotive Group in Roseville Buick GMC is seeking a Parts Counter Person to support customers and service technicians with fast, accurate parts solutions. In this role, you'll identify and source OEM and aftermarket automotive parts, manage orders and returns, and keep inventory organized and stocked. Responsibilities

• Assist retail customers and technicians at the parts counter with accurate parts identification and ordering
• Look up parts using catalogs and dealer systems based on VIN and repair needs
• Process parts orders, returns, and special requests efficiently and accurately
• Maintain organized, well-labeled parts stock and perform regular inventory checks
• Coordinate parts delivery and pickups for internal and external customers
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and technicians to support timely repairs
• Handle point-of-sale transactions and basic cash/credit procedures
• Follow dealership and manufacturer policies, safety standards, and documentation practices
