Job summary

The Operations Coordinator role is the primary point of contact for vendors and secondary point of contact for customers and represents the brand characteristics and world class customer service for which APi NSG is known. This position is designed to assist APi NSG with Government/Cooperative Accounts, Special Projects and Monitoring.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with service providers through responsiveness, support of local teams, and ongoing education of project coordination
  • Enhance and grow service provider and customer relationships through excellent service
  • Confer with customers by telephone or electronically to resolve customer requests
  • Assist the team in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow for providers and customers
  • Support the team on Government/Cooperative Accounts, Special Projects, and Monitoring. Support Sister Companies by dispatching work orders in Astea and ensure proper delivery
  • Coordinate with team to process quote requests
  • Generate jobs in Web Apps for approved quoted work
  • Gather all necessary documents for job close-out
  • Processing payables and submitting customer invoices
  • Promptly address all customer questions, issues, and concerns
  • Support the improvement of operational systems and processes, looking for ways to add more value to APi NSG. Identify areas for opportunity within the business and work collaboratively to execute an action plan
  • Communicate operational challenges with Program Manager to develop a plan for resolution
  • Continue to develop technical knowledge and skills

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strong oral and written English communications skills
  • Prioritization and management of multiple tasks
  • Dependable, accurate, and detail oriented
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and anticipates needs

Benefits and Compensation

The pay range is $43,000-$64,000 Annually, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family. Some benefits include:
