Labor Compliance Coordinator

Q3 Contracting, Inc. is currently searching for a Labor Compliance Coordinator in Little Canada, MN. This position will support the Labor Compliance Specialist in delivering project documents related to Union required documents.

Primary

Responsibilities Include:

* Monthly and weekly union reporting

* Weekly payroll review/verification

* Research and provide support documentation for discrepancy notices

* Assist with union and labor compliance audits

* Create and maintain craft class codes

* Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements :

* 2-5 years previous compliance experience preferred

* Experience with Vista ViewPoint preferred

* Project required labor compliance forms, fringe benefit statements, and union status letters.

* Good understanding of basic Minnesota and federal labor laws

* Experienced with union fringe benefit reporting preferred

* Must possess analytical and troubleshooting skills to perform job. Examples include Discrepancy Notices, Daily Timesheet Audits, General Ledger analysis

* Proficiency with Microsoft Suite

* Ability to use critical thinking to resolve daily challenges and analyze data

* Strong customer service skills

* Must be a team player

* Other duties as required

Compensation: $27-30/hour (Compensation will depend on qualifications and experience.)
