Financial Analyst II

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

• Partner with IT teams, Finance, and project managers to ensure accurate intake and classification.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure adherence to internal capital software policy and regulatory requirements, including FASB and GAAP.
• Maintain accurate records for audit and reporting purposes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline intake and classification workflows using automation and AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot.

• Proficiency in financial analysis, compliance analysis, process analysis, Cap Ex, and OpEx.
• Experience with Power
  
  BI, SAP, Oracle, and financial reporting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in capital analysis and IT financial governance.
• Exposure to large-scale software projects and compliance frameworks like FASB and GAAP.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative in complex scenarios.

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $45.67/hr.
