This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting delivery program launch in your area. You will be key in recruiting local businesses to join a new delivery partner program, collaborating with a Field Manager and local contractors to engage prospective businesses, present the program, and facilitate the application process. You will also drive recruitment through community engagement and organize recruitment events.

This position involves travel within a two‑hour driving distance and offers a commission for each partner successfully converted.

Responsibilities
  • Visit prospective businesses in targeted towns up to two hours away.
  • Present and pitch the program opportunity to generate interest.
  • Qualify and guide businesses through the application process, managing activities in Salesforce.
  • Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting community recruitment events.
  • Work with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
  • Import data into Salesforce weekly.
  • Drive referrals through community organizations.
Essential Skills
  • 1‑2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
  • Experience in outside/field sales.
  • CRM experience is required, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

  • Prior experience in sales and/or negotiation is a plus.

  • Ability to travel up to four hours round trip daily.
Work Environment

This role is field‑based, requiring 4‑5 days a week visiting small businesses. The remaining work is done remotely. The position supports the Minneapolis region, as well as areas to the east including Roseville, Vadnais Heights, New Brighton, Lake Elmo, and White Bear Lake. Benefits include two weeks of PTO after six months, uncapped commissions, and $50/month for phone expenses. This role offers the chance to build partnerships with small businesses and contribute to a high‑impact delivery experience.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.50‑$28.50/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
