Role Overview
The Single Point Business Operations Analyst supports the Single Point application by providing third‑level production support for complex issues escalated beyond front‑line and level two teams. The day‑to‑day responsibilities include working call tracking tickets, performing file monitoring, supporting Single Point access management, and participating in code deploy validations with follow‑up issue discussions. The analyst partners closely with internal support teams and the Single Point development team, communicates operational updates through Teams, ensures daily production support runs smoothly, and provides coverage during later business hours as part of a rotating schedule.

- Track tickets, monitor files, and manage Single Point access.
- Validate code deployments and engage in follow‑up issue discussions.
- Communicate updates through Teams and maintain daily support operations.
- Support coverage during later business hours on a rotating schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Typically six or more years of related experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of policies, plans, procedures, products, and regulatory requirements for the assigned business unit.
- Ability to conduct business needs analysis, schedule meetings, plan agendas, and confer with business line leaders.
- Advanced understanding of project management and testing methodology and procedures.
- Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues, and report on test results.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work as part of a project team.
- Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications.
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
