** KEY RESPONSIBILITES:*
* ** Strategic Planning & Business Advisory*
* + Partner with senior leadership to shape portfolio and business strategies that drive growth, performance, and organizational priorities.

+ Identify emerging opportunities, risks, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and long-term planning.

+ Provide strategic guidance on investments, prioritization, and business initiatives.

** Analytics, Insights & Storytelling*
* + Translate complex quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights and executive recommendations.

+ Develop compelling, data-driven narratives that influence decision-making, build alignment, and accelerate adoption of key initiatives.

+ Lead the development of executive presentations-from story crafting and content synthesis to presentation design-for the Board of Directors, C-suite, and senior leadership.

** Change Enablement & Strategic Execution*
* + Support the successful adoption of strategic initiatives through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management.

+ Translate strategy into actionable plans, success measures, and operating mechanisms that drive execution and accountability.

+ Monitor strategic performance and recommend actions to improve business outcomes and organizational impact **.*
* ** Must Have:

Minimum Requirements
- To be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum requirements are evident in your applicant profile:*
* + Baccalaureate with minimum of 7+ years of relevant strategy and managing consulting experience OR an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant strategy and managing consulting experience.

** Nice to Have:*
* + Proven experience in strategy, business planning, management consulting, corporate development, portfolio management, or a related field.

+ Previous experience within a consulting firm

+ Advanced PowerPoint and Excel

+ Previous Med Tech experience

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.

+ Exceptional storytelling, communication, and executive presentation skills.

+ Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build credibility across all organizational levels.

+ Experience working with senior executives on strategic initiatives and business transformation efforts.

+ Strong business acumen and ability to connect enterprise strategy with operational execution.
