Regulated Entities Compliance Operations Specialist
The Regulated Entities Compliance Operations Specialist supports the Cross Functional Compliance Operations and Reporting team as a flexible compliance generalist. This role executes core team processes, represents Compliance in select business initiatives, provides support across the team as priorities evolve, and helps modernize operations through automation and technology solutions.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to balance operational responsibilities, project support, and cross-functional collaboration while delivering effective, well-controlled compliance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute recurring operational activities supporting the Regulated Entities Cross Functional Compliance Operations and Reporting team.
- Provide flexible support across the team based on changing priorities and business needs.
- Support monitoring activities, issue follow-up, reporting, and related documentation.
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization, automation, and technology solutions that enhance compliance support for regulated investment businesses.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically more than three years of applicable experience
Preferred Skills/
Experience:
- Intermediate knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business
- Intermediate understanding of the business line's operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls
- Thorough knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies
- Strong analytical, process facilitation and project management skills
- Effective presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
- Applicable professional certifications
Location expectations This role requires working from the U.S. Bank location listed three (3) or more days per week.

Pay Range: $81,515.00 - $95,900.00
