* This position is responsible for developing, managing and leading the following functions:

+ HCA risk management activities

+ HCA business continuity planning

+ Integration of compliance functions with risk management

+ Integration of business administration activities that support HCA project management, continuity of policies and continuous improvement

+ Other HCA planning initiatives

The incumbent works with all Health Care divisions and department-wide counterparts on these and other ongoing and short-term projects. Most projects require planning, facilitation, assessment, and reporting. This person provides project management expertise and serves as a collaborative member of the Chief Administrative Officer team. When in this role, the incumbent becomes directly involved in large-scale initiatives and projects associated with risk management, program integrity, business continuity and administrative analysis and improvements for HCA.

** Minimum Qualifications*
* 3 years of work experience in project management in a medium to large organization (500+ employees, multiple locations).

Experience must demonstrate:

+ Experience in business continuity concepts, planning approaches, standards and best practices or similar types of activity.

+ Project management experience in designing and implementing work plans to accomplish program goals.

+ Applied knowledge of risk management principles and methodology within a multi-divisional organization.

+ Demonstrated success completing complex projects, working both independently and collaboratively.

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Have leadership skills sufficient to direct the work of others and bring projects to conclusion within a specified budget, schedule, and quality requirements.

+ Broad programmatic and business process-focused understanding of the Medicaid enterprise.

+ Possess team leadership ability and knowhow; be able to assemble teams of project staff, track processes and deliverables and provide logistical direction for time-sensitive projects.
