AI Transformation Process Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated AI Transformation Process Analyst to support a strategic client engagement focused on identifying, assessing, and designing Agentic AI solutions that transform business operations. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical experts to analyze current-state processes, identify automation and AI opportunities, and develop business blueprints for future-state agentic workflows.

You will lead discovery workshops, document business requirements, evaluate process challenges, and translate business needs into actionable recommendations that support AI-enabled transformation initiatives.

Qualifications include:

• 5+ years of relevant experience and Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, business transformation, or consulting engagements.
• Experience documenting business processes, requirements, workflows, and future-state operating models.
• Strong facilitation skills, including leading workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Ability to analyze complex business challenges and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship-building, and coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, organizational, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications include experience in:

• Artificial intelligence (AI), automation, intelligent workflows, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Process reengineering and operational excellence programs.
• Telecommunications organizations and operational environments.
• Telecommunications access, engineering, construction, network deployment, or infrastructure delivery processes.
• Consulting or other client-facing environments.
• Agile methodologies and product delivery frameworks.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen.

The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000. The actual salary will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
