Senior Product Manager – HNW Lending

• Lead a cross-functional agile team within Banking & Lending Digital Products to deliver innovative HNW lending solutions

• Define, socialize, and evolve the future-state product roadmap based on market needs

• Partner with design, research, technology, legal, risk, and compliance teams to make informed product decisions

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements in collaboration with technology, business, and control partners

• Collaborate with legal, compliance, risk, technology, and operations teams to identify inefficiencies and enhance lending product processes

• Actively review and curate backlog items, prioritize against roadmap, and clarify ambiguous requirements

• Engage and coordinate with external vendors to evaluate solutions, manage integrations, and support product delivery timelines

• Monitor product health through KPIs and conduct post-launch analysis to validate product assumptions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of progressive product management experience in financial services
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of HNW lending products, including Securities-Based Lending, mortgages, and/or tailored lending offerings
• Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Proven track record building or enhancing digital platforms for advisor and/or client-facing channels
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Exceptional ability to present findings, articulate product vision, and influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership
• Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to inform decisions, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes.
• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Product Manager, Six Sigma)
