Assistant Community Manager

Organization Background The Communities of River Crossing is a well kept Multi-family housing Community located in St. Paul, MN.

Position Summary:

Stonebridge Communities, LLC is seeking an experienced goal oriented, out-going, independent, and self-motivated individual with an aptitude for sales, customer service and follow through to join a professional and friendly work environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Community Manager to supervise and monitor daily Community operations

Assist the Community Manager to Improve and maintain occupancy

Assist in Manage all leasing and administrative operations

Assist in hiring and supervising all on-site leasing and maintenance/field staff

Assist in handling current residents and former resident complaints

Understand and comply with Fair Housing laws and standards and employment and safety laws Understand and comply with Federal, State and local health and safety regulations and recommendations

Hold exceptional customer service skills

Assist in accomplishing set financial objectives for the Community (collection, delinquency rates, etc.)Assist in improving and maintaining curb appeal and Community appearance

Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum requirements:

Supervisory skills

Sales and leasing skills3 years of work experience in multifamily property management/hospitality industry

Availability to work evenings and weekends

Preferred but not required: experience with Yardi, Tax credit and sales or market rate leasing
