As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a Senior Pursuits & Proposal Specialist to lead strategic proposal development efforts and help position the organization for continued success in competitive markets.

• Lead the development, coordination, and production of high-quality proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and pursuit materials
• Manage proposal schedules, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple concurrent pursuits
• Collaborate with business development, operations teams, and marketing and executive teams to develop compelling win strategies and messaging
• Write, edit, and tailor proposal content to align with client requirements and project opportunities
• Coordinate the collection of technical content, resumes, project profiles, and supporting documentation from internal stakeholders
• Ensure all proposal submissions are accurate, compliant, visually polished, and delivered on time
• Support interview preparation efforts, including presentation development, rehearsal coordination, and messaging strategy
• Maintain and improve proposal templates, pursuit databases, and marketing collateral
• Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and client intelligence gathering
• Help drive continuous improvement initiatives related to proposal processes, branding, and pursuit strategy
• Support CRM management and business development tracking efforts as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of proposal coordination, pursuit management, or marketing experience within the construction, engineering, architecture, or professional services industry
• Strong experience managing complex RFP, RFQ, and interview processes
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite programs such as InDesign preferred
• Experience with CRM and proposal management platforms is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

• Prior experience supporting design-build, federal, or negotiated construction pursuits
• Familiarity with construction industry terminology and procurement processes
• APMP certification or related professional development is a plus
