Sittercity, a leading online marketplace for trusted childcare, is hiring a Childcare Operations Coordinator to support our caregiver marketplace. In this role, you'll help families find reliable sitters by managing caregiver profiles, monitoring safety and compliance, and assisting with matching, scheduling, and support workflows. You'll collaborate with product, support, and trust & safety teams to improve tools, processes, and user experience.
Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping families and caregivers connect through a safe, user-friendly platform.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain sitter and family profiles within the marketplace platform
- Support matching and scheduling workflows between families and caregivers
- Monitor trust, safety, and compliance standards across the platform
- Collaborate with product and support teams to improve tools and processes
- Analyze usage and operational data to recommend workflow improvements
- Assist with resolving escalated user and operations issues
- Document and refine childcare operations procedures and best practices
- Partner with cross-functional teams on initiatives that improve caregiver access and reliability
