What You’ll Gain and Contribute:This internship is designed for students eager to gain direct experience within McGough’s corporate headquarters. Opportunities may be available across areas such as Operations and Project Support (Safety, Estimating, Virtual Design & Construction, Engineered Systems/MEP), Business and Finance (Accounting, Human Resources), and Marketing and Communications—and more.
Interns will have the chance to:
- Support leaders and teams to gain exposure to corporate operations.
- Participate in meetings and contribute ideas or insights.
- Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations for leadership.
- Assist with projects, process improvements, or workflow initiatives.
- Collaborate across functions to develop a well‑rounded understanding of business operations.

Travel:
Be ready for some travel to project sites, events, and other company activities, it’s all part of the experience!
