School Age Care Assistant, Club; Brookview Elementary

Job Summary

To assist in providing quality school age child care programming for children, creating a safe and inclusive environment fostering social and emotional growth through learning, play, and relationships. We are a before/after school and summer child care program, and provide year round work opportunities to our staff.

Brookview Elementary

6.5 hours per day, 5 days per week

School year hours are a split shift: 6:00-8:00 AM & 1:30-6:00 PM

• Summer hours are a straight shift (exact shift times vary)

Hourly rate $19.06 - $20.30 with Benefits

• Benefit eligible position (health, dental, & vision insurance)
• No nights or weekends
• Flexible schedule, can work one to five days a week
• Stay active & involved while giving back to the community!

• Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or its GED equivalent.
• Must possess or obtain a current first aid and CPR certification (will need to submit documentation within 120 days of beginning date of employment). Opportunities for certification are provided.
• Desired candidate should have background/training in one or more of the following areas: child development, child guidance, human relations, communications and recreational programming.
