Construction Project Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved plans and specifications.

• Oversee daily jobsite operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Lead site logistics, inspections, and short-term scheduling.
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce jobsite safety policies.
• Coordinate with project managers, owners, inspectors, and design partners.
• Track progress, manpower, and productivity using construction management software.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and field documentation.
• Lead punch list and closeout efforts through final inspections and occupancy.
• Promote lean construction practices and continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in construction, commercial construction, and general contractor management.
• Experience in subcontractor management and safety enforcement.
• Expertise in construction supervision and quality control.
• Familiarity with Procore and construction management software.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and cost control.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 4-8+ years of superintendent or field leadership experience on commercial or industrial projects.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with project management and scheduling software.
• Willingness to travel as project needs require.

You will work in a hands‑on, team‑oriented jobsite environment with clear expectations and strong preconstruction planning. Leadership listens to the field, and well‑run jobs start with empowered superintendents. The role offers real ownership of the jobsite and strong collaboration with project leadership, prioritizing safety, teamwork, and well‑planned execution.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

The pay range for this position is $57.00 - $67.00/hr.
