Construction Administrator

Job Summary

We are recruiting for a Construction Administrator at an architecture firm in the Minneapolis‑St. Paul area. The client is a full‑service architecture firm that specializes in designing health care, science + tech, higher education, corporate, government, transportation, and recreation projects nationwide. • Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Architecture or Construction‑related field (preferred).
• Eight or more years of experience working in an architecture, engineering, construction contracting, or construction management organization.

• Attend OAC meetings, construction site visits, respond to RFIs and submittals, and represent the firm and the Owner to ensure smooth construction phase operations.
• Coordinate and satisfy project controls and administrative requirements during construction.
• Assist the PM with contract administration tasks.
• Manage project documents including reports, designs, drawings, specifications, etc.
• Utilize the client’s project management control systems to record, track, analyze, and report performance.

• Negotiable based on experience.
