Job Summary
We are recruiting for a Construction Administrator at an architecture firm in the Minneapolis‑St. Paul area. The client is a full‑service architecture firm that specializes in designing health care, science + tech, higher education, corporate, government, transportation, and recreation projects nationwide. - Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Architecture or Construction‑related field (preferred).
- Eight or more years of experience working in an architecture, engineering, construction contracting, or construction management organization.
- Attend OAC meetings, construction site visits, respond to RFIs and submittals, and represent the firm and the Owner to ensure smooth construction phase operations.
- Coordinate and satisfy project controls and administrative requirements during construction.
- Assist the PM with contract administration tasks.
- Manage project documents including reports, designs, drawings, specifications, etc.
- Utilize the client’s project management control systems to record, track, analyze, and report performance.
- Negotiable based on experience.
