Senior Construction Scheduler

The Senior Construction Scheduler will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and managing project schedules to ensure timely delivery of construction projects. This role requires expertise in scheduling methodologies and tools, particularly Primavera P6, to effectively coordinate project timelines and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to establish project timelines and milestones.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to stay on track.
• Identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to mitigate delays.
• Prepare and present schedule reports to project stakeholders.
• Assist in resource allocation and management to optimize project efficiency.
• Provide training and support to junior schedulers and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other scheduling software.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
• PSP certification is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
