Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman

I'm partnered with a well-established electrical contractor that is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial electrical construction projects throughout the Minneapolis market.

The Senior Project Manager will oversee all phases of electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful execution, financial performance, and client satisfaction.

This individual will provide leadership to project teams while working closely with field operations, executive leadership, clients, and design professionals to deliver high-quality projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

• Provide overall leadership for large commercial electrical construction projects.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.
• Lead Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership throughout project execution.
• Oversee financial performance, cost control, billing, and change order management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain project success.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Support business development efforts through exceptional client service and repeat business.

• 7+ years of experience managing commercial electrical construction projects.
• Proven experience managing electrical construction projects valued at $5M+.
• Experience delivering projects in one or more of the following markets:
  Healthcare, Higher Education, Advanced Manufacturing, Data Centers, Government, or Life Sciences.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction means, methods, scheduling, and project financial management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
