Senior Construction Project Manager

Insight Global is searching for a Senior Construction Project Manager for a commercial roofing and exterior services client. This individual will be responsible for leading large-scale roofing and siding construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, overseeing project execution, financial performance, client relationships, and team leadership. The role will support a growing project backlog that includes data centers, renewable energy facilities, and commercial construction projects ranging from smaller engagements to multi-million-dollar initiatives.

This person will play a key role in driving project success while ensuring customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability across multiple active projects.

On a day-to-day basis, the Senior Project Manager will oversee project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and P&L accountability while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders. This individual will directly manage a team of approximately three Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, providing mentorship and leadership throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires regular collaboration with field teams, customers, subcontractors, and executive leadership.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, traveling locally and nationally to job sites 2-3 days per month, and managing multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously.
