Senior Project Manager

We are working with a leading national general contractor that is expanding its data center and mission-critical construction platform across the US. As part of this continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to take a leadership role across major data center projects.

The Senior Project Manager will take ownership of the commercial and operational delivery of large-scale data center developments, leading project teams and acting as a key interface between the contractor, client and project partners.

• Lead delivery of large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, schedules and overall commercial performance.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers and wider project teams.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contracts, change management and performance.
• Coordinate with field leadership, design teams, trade partners and commissioning teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and implement strategies to maintain schedule and budget.
• Drive high standards across safety, quality and project execution.

• Strong background working for a general contractor within data center/mission-critical construction.
• Strong commercial, scheduling and contract-management capabilities.
• Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong understanding of MEP-intensive construction environments.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
