What you’ll do at IP Corporation as a CSR III:
Customer Service Representatives work to satisfy customer needs and build strong-working relationships with both external customers and internal teams. You will be providing immediate and high touch customer service care including but not limited to interacting with customers as well as maintaining customer accounts, receiving, entering and monitoring sales orders, and preparing all documentation necessary for shipments in the U.S. Throughout all of these interactions, Customer Service Representatives maintain a high level of professionalism and present the organization in the best light possible.
Whatyou can expect to do in this role as a Customer Service Representative III:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and order management with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with production, shipping, and sales teams to resolve order delays, product availability issues, and special requests.
- Maintain detailed customer records, including order history, communications, and special requirements, using the company’s CRM and ERP systems.
- Provide training and guidance to junior customer service representatives.
- Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.
- Generate and analyze reports related to customer orders, service performance, and operational efficiency.
- Associates degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- High level of Customer Service acumen and business acumen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in detail
- Must be highly organized and excel in time management
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Salesforce and Oracle, or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Able to work in a team and independently
