Overview
What You'll Be Doing
Serve as a trusted resource for customers by answering questions and providing timely, accurate support.
Responsibilities- Assist with daily inventory activities including shipping, receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Source parts for customer orders, service repairs, and inventory replenishment
- Help customers place orders, track shipments, and process returns
- Maintain customer accounts and accurately document interactions and transactions
- Work closely with Parts, Service, and Sales teams to support customer needs and branch operations
- Keep inventory organized, accurate, and ready when customers need it
- Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed
This isn't a call center job.
This is a hands-on role where you ll help support the equipment and vehicles that keep communities running. From municipalities and public works departments to contractors and first responders, the customers you support rely on Mac Queen to deliver solutions when they need them most. Every order you process, every question you answer, and every part you source helps keep critical equipment in service and customers productive.

- Minimum 1 year of direct industry experience or 3 years of experience in a related industry
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with inventory, shipping/receiving, parts operations, or customer support preferred
- Basic computer skills and the ability to accurately document customer interactions
- Valid driver s license with an acceptable driving record
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed

The expected pay range for this position is $20.86 - $31.07 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.

ADA Requirements- Stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, twist, reach or otherwise move frequently.
- Occasional repetitive motion and grasping
- Occasional climbing to reach areas on equipment or racks.
- Lift, move or otherwise transfer up to 50 lbs. occasionally, >20 lbs. frequently.
- Typically sits, grasp items and performs keyboarding for frequent operation of a computer
- Exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards which may include moving mechanical parts
