Job Overview

The Service Advisor at Lexus of Murray, part of the Ken Garff Automotive Group, provides professional customer service, oversees service orders, and promotes additional services. • Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to inquiries, identifying service needs, resolving concerns, and selling additional services when appropriate.
• Offer customers updates, estimates, and inspection results in a timely manner.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously, ensuring caller satisfaction.
• Review completed work, recommend additional services, and collect payments from customers.
• Use Dealer Management System (DMS) and related software to access service history, schedule appointments, enter repair order information, and manage data.
• Review customer satisfaction surveys and provide excellent service.
