We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Parts Department. In this role, you'll help customers order replacement parts, provide pricing and lead times, process orders, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Job Duties:
- Receive and process customer orders via phone and email.
- Provide customers with accurate pricing, product information, and lead times.
- Generate and deliver quotes for replacement parts and aftermarket products.
- Enter orders accurately into the company ERP/order management system.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, availability, and shipment information.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and documentation.
- Manage a high volume of customer communication, including approximately 20-30 incoming calls per day and a significant volume of email correspondence.
- Build positive relationships with customers through professional and responsive service.
- Support continuous improvement efforts within the Parts Department.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience required, parts/order processing experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information:
- Pay Range: $20-24/hr.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Location: St. Paul, MN
- Type: Direct Hire
