Marsden Customer Care Facility Services Dispatcher

Shift: Saturday – Sunday 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm (Part Time). The position may have weekday evening responsibilities.

Location: 1717 University Ave W, St Paul, MN, Hybrid (Remote-Possible)

• You must be 18 years old.
• You must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to speak English is required; ability to speak Spanish would be helpful.
• Experience in mechanical services or related service industries preferred but not required.

• Scheduling and dispatching drivers, work crews, vehicles or equipment to appropriate locations.
• Communicating customer requests, immediate needs work orders and other important messages to technicians and supervisors.
• Contacting employees or emergency personnel when appropriate.
• Working with supervisors to solve customer requests.
• Creating and preparing work orders.
• Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information.
• Coordinating subcontractors.
• Assisting in ordering equipment and supplies.
• Role is customer-facing and will communicate directly with Property Managers and Tenants.
