We’re looking for an Assistant Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team and support our Insurance CSRs in delivering exceptional customer care and operational excellence. The level of this position is based on years of service, education and/or equivalent experience, knowledge level and skill set.

Required
:
- High School diploma, GED, Associate’s degree in a related discipline, etc.
- 1 year of customer service or clerical experience (especially in banking, insurance, or retail).
- Continuing education to maintain job knowledge and expertise.
- Attention to detail for account accuracy.
Preferred
:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
