World Via Travel Network is seeking a friendly, knowledgeable Member Success Specialist to advocate for our agency members and ensure they receive the support they need to thrive. You’ll respond to inquiries, guide new members, troubleshoot issues, and document solutions to help grow member businesses.
You will work Monday–Friday 9 AM–8 PM and Saturday 9 AM–4 PM, using CRM tools, researching solutions, and maintaining high standards of customer service to contribute to team quotas and revenue
