• Direct the flow of traffic in the customs area; direct customers to additional Cart Management Units.
• Suggest use of credit card payment.
• Handle cash quickly and accurately.
• Maintain a balanced "Bank" of cash to break large bills for passengers and occasionally exchange foreign currency.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of carts and CMUs, tracking and rails.
• Identify disabled or unusable carts, place them in a designated area, and alert supervisor/MOD.
• Transport carts from high-return areas to high-rental areas to ensure availability to customers.
• Use mechanized equipment to move multiple carts throughout the airport.
• Maintain communication and cooperation with other employees and facility management.
• Perform job in an honest, reliable, and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean area where Smarte Carte operates.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by management.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum six months of previous work experience.

• Airport Badge (required).
• Valid Driver's License (required).

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Push/Pull 75–100 lbs. to move 15 carts simultaneously.
• Walk and stand for duration of shift.

High School or better.

• Cash Handling experience – handle quickly and accurately.

• Six months of previous work experience.
