Pay Range: $25-$26.77/hr Must-Have Skills
- 2+ years of Customer Service, Administrative, or Operations experience
- Customer inquiry and issue resolution
- ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.)
- RMA / Product Returns processing
- Documentation and record management
- Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Medical Device, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry experience
- Quality systems/GMP/FDA environment
- Respond to customer inquiries and maintain customer records
- Process RMAs and support product return activities
- Pull ERP reports and organize customer/product/shipment data
- Prepare and ship Field Action notification packages
- Track customer responses and maintain documentation
- Support quality compliance, continuous improvement, and special projects
