Customer Experience Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving inquiries and complaints, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handling and resolving customer complaints.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
