Ticket Office Agent to help customers purchase tickets for on- and off-campus events. The role requires providing exceptional service in person, by phone, and via email, with ticket sales, exchanges, and will-call distribution handled through our ticketing system.
Hours per week range from 5 to 15. The position supports campus events, including evenings and weekends, and involves light administrative tasks and Lost and Found duties.
