About

the Role

We are looking for an On-Site Customer Success Specialist for an initial 3-month assignment in the United States, beginning in early August. While initially for three months, there is genuine potential for the role to develop into a longer-term, full-time position depending on business needs and mutual fit.

This position is customer-facing and field-based, and you will be involved throughout the whole delivery process rather than only after go-live. You will spend most of your time on-site at customer locations, supporting the implementation and launch, keeping the customer and internal teams aligned and prepared, ensuring successful product adoption, building strong relationships with end users, and acting as the bridge between our customers and our teams in HQ.

This is a highly independent role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, takes initiative, and is comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape the Customer Success experience for our growing US customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as Lynxight’s on-site representative at customer locations across the US.
  • Build strong relationships with Lynxight’s clients across all levels — from on-site teams such as lifeguards, pool operators, and facility managers, through to central HQ functions.
  • Support customers throughout the full journey — from pre-installation planning and preparation through installation, launch, and post-go-live adoption — ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and successful product adoption.
  • Partner with the customer and internal teams during implementation and launch, keeping everyone updated, prepared, and involved so that each site is ready to go live.
  • Coordinate readiness across stakeholders — including lifeguards, facility staff, and management — providing training, guidance, and clear communication throughout the process.
  • Conduct regular site visits and provide ongoing customer guidance and support.
  • Proactively identify customer needs, resolve day-to-day challenges, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor early system usage…
