Substitute Front Desk Attendant

Health Fitness is seeking a substitute Front Desk Attendant to join our team at our corporate client site in St. Paul, MN. In this role, you'll help create a welcoming environment for members and guests while providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

This is a substitute position working 4 - 8 hour shifts within the facility operating hours of Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience a plus.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.

The compensation range for this role is $15 - $17/hour. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
