Now hiring a Dental Therapist.

Are you a passionate, patient‑centered Dental Therapist looking to grow in a modern, high‑energy practice? Join our startup dental clinic in St. Paul and be part of something special from the ground up. We’re seeking a motivated, compassionate Dental Therapist to help us deliver excellent care and build meaningful relationships with our diverse community of patients.

As a Dental Therapist, you’ll play a key role in delivering preventive and restorative care while helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for. Your daily work will include:

• Providing restorative treatments such as fillings, stainless steel crowns, pulpotomies/pulpectomies, and pediatric extractions (within scope of practice).
• Performing preventive care including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
• Educating patients on oral hygiene and guiding them toward better oral health.
• Collaborating with our dentist and team to create comprehensive treatment plans.
• Maintaining detailed clinical notes and patient records.
  
  Staying current on CE and emerging best practices in dentistry.

• Competitive pay: $55.00–$60.00 per hour base pay with an unlimited earning potential through our bonus system.
• Flexible scheduling: 22.5 to 37.5 hours/week.
