Dental Clinic Aide
Health Partners is hiring a casual Dental Clinic Aide at our White Bear Lake Dental Clinic.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum of one year of experience working in a health care, customer service, or service industry setting.
- Fully compliant with the minimal requirements outlined in Minnesota Administrative Rules assistants without a license.
- Ability to perform as a team composed of dentists, hygienist, dental assistants and clerical staff.
- Ability to maintain workflow despite interruptions.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Demonstrated communication skills, including appropriate use of grammar and spelling.
- Demonstrated strong time management, priority-setting and organizational skills.
- Detail Oriented
- Proficiency in English required. Proficiencies in other languages may be required.
Preferred:
- One year work experience as a dental assistant.
- Knowledge of infection control and OSHA standards.
- Graduate of accredited dental assisting program
Physical Requirements:
- This position requires body mobility, ability to stand for long periods, lift, reach, bend, climb, and transport items. This position requires dexterity of hands and visual acuity.
