General Overview

Highgrove Dental, located in the heart of Highland Park in Saint Paul, is looking for an experienced Dental Insurance Coordinator. If you are a dental insurance expert who thrives in a patient-focused environment and values easy access to Saint Paul's scenic river trails during your breaks, we would love to speak with you!

• Compensation $23-$27/hour based on experience
• Sign on onus of $2,000

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday: 7 am - 4

• Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
• Develop productive schedules.
• Manage patient documents and records.
• Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.

• 1+ years experience presenting treatment to patients in a dental office
• 2+ years experience coordinating insurance and collecting payments at time of service
• High school diploma or GED
• Proven experience listening to patients and helping them understand their benefits

• Knowledge of Dental operations
• Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
• Experience with Dental Software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft dental software, Curve or Mac Practice
