Licensed Dental Hygienist – Rare Opportunity – No Evenings or Weekends!

We are excited to offer a rare opportunity for a Licensed Dental Hygienist to join our team four days a week with no evening or weekend hours. This role is perfect for new graduates or experienced hygienists looking for a balanced work schedule in a vibrant, patient‑focused practice. You will play a vital role in delivering high‑quality preventive dental care and education, contributing to our patients’ overall oral health and well‑being.

• $50 - $55 per hour
• Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

• Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• Current Licensed Dental Hygienist credential in the state of Minnesota
• Entry‑level candidates and new graduates are encouraged to apply

• Experience with Dentrix dental software is a strong plus but not required
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient‑centered care
• Ability to comply with all professional and ethical standards of practice

• Prior experience working in a family or cosmetic dental practice
• Familiarity with Dentrix dental practice management software
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward patient care

• Conduct thorough dental hygiene assessments, including periodontal charting and patient health histories
• Perform professional dental cleanings, scaling, root planing, and fluoride treatments
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations
• Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed
• Collaborate with dentists and team members to develop individualized patient care plans
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA and practice standards
• Ensure sterilization and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment
• Utilize Dentrix dental software for scheduling, charting, and patient record management (preferred)
• Participate in professional development and team meetings to stay current on dental best practices
• Provide an exceptional patient experience by fostering a caring and welcoming environment
